This feature class accompanied the FY2014 Orthophotos for the Pinellas project area. The polygons delineate image capture dates used to seam together flight lines for the production of orthophotos.. The flight acquisition period for the Pinellas project area was from Dec. 24, 2013 to Jan. 20, 2014, Four flight dates are delineated in the image cutline.
The purpose of this feature class is to identify the flight dates for the project area.
All photography was to be taken beginning on the Dec 1, 2013 and no later than March 1st weather permitting. Images were to be obtained under cloud free conditions. A thirty degree sun angle was to be held and within 10am to 2:30pm period. No images should be taken, if haze or smoke is present.

A cutline feature class file is created using Inpho software then processed into ESRI to become closed polygons with flight date attribute information. The feature class is also checked to make sure it covers the project boundary.
The cutline feature class is visually inspected for completeness to ensure that no gaps or data voids are found within the project boundary.
Horizontal accuracy is 3.46-foot at the 95% confidence level (2.0 feet RMSE) as specified by the FGDC Geospatial Positional Accuracy Standards, Part3: NSSDA. A minimum of thirty (30) independent checkpoints within the project area were used for verfication. The Consultant did not correct for "building lean" in urban areas.

No vertical accuracy analysis required for the orthophotos.
